A Rock and Roll Musical

for Children of All Ages

by George & Peter Gray

George Gray has acted, directed, designed, produced, written, and/or taught in association with more than 50 professional, academic, or community theatre organizations, for nearly half a century.  He earned degrees from Chapel Hill and Kansas State University, held a Schubert Fellowship at the University of Texas, and taught at Limestone College, SUNY/Brockport, and Salisbury State College.  During this time (1961-83), he also served in the Army, sojourned in Paris, drew unemployment, and worked professionally with stock and repertory theatres all over the country.

In 1983, he settled the family in Charlotte, where worked extensively with the Children’s Theatre, the Golden Circle Theatre, Barebones Theatre Group, Charlotte Repertory Theatre, Actors Theatre, the Afro-American Children's Theatre, and Theatre Charlotte. He has also appeared in numerous radio and TV commercials, several TV programs, and five feature films.

These days, he's pushing WolfTales, a rock and roll musical for kids he and Peter developed back in '92.  Click on the marquee for a tour.
